Adebeso Shodiya & Co. is an auditing and accounting specialist. The managing partner and each of the partners are qualified members of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (Chartered by Act 76 of 1993).

   Under the corporate name of Manthony and Associates the firm engages in the training of professionals. Our seasoned and experienced resource persons are drawn from universities, industries, and technocrats from the civil service. The company's aim is the development of Nigerian personnel and expertise to international standards.

   We organise seminars and workshops both in-house and at clients workplaces

4. Corporate secretarial services

   We render the following secretarial services to our clients at a very moderate fee:

   • maintenance of statutory books
   • custody of company's common seal
   • alteration of authorised share capital be it increase or decrease of the company's capital
   • incorporation of limited liability companies and business names
   • change of company's name and alteration or modification of objects
   • filling of annual and other statutory returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission
   • Writing and maintenance of company's minute books

5. Management and business consultancy services

   We also do market research on behalf of our clients and advise on marketing potentials of particular line of product. We also advise on new marketing opportunities and sales strategies including locating resources of raw materials of new or already existing companies.
