Our history

The firm, Messrs Adebese Shodiya & Co. was registered in 1989 under The Registration of Business Names Act of 1961 as a firm of accountants and auditors.

The objects of the firm are:

• Auditing and Accountancy Services
• Tax Advisory and Consultancy Services
• Management Consultancy Services
• Accountancy and Financial Training
• Debts Recovery and Factoring

The firm commenced business operation in 1995 as a consortium of professional for the practice of the above listed objects of the firm.

Our goals

The firm is wholly owned by Nigerians with capacity to undertake auditing, accountancy and consultancy services from public and private sector of economy

Our goals are:

• Advancing the science of accountancy in the presentation of accounting information in form of annual audited accounts to meet the global world needs
• The development of Nigerian personnel and expertise to international standards in the areas of training research and manpower development
• Promptness in the discharge of job and business done with the firm
